As a crypto-only exchange, Xtraderbank supports deposits only for assets and networks that are officially listed. Double-check the deposit details on your deposit page before sending to ensure a smooth process.

Steps to Deposit:

1. Go to your Dashboard or Deposit page
2. Select the asset you wish to deposit
3. Choose the appropriate supported network for the asset
4. A unique deposit address will be generated for you - scan the QR code or copy the address
5. Send funds from your external wallet to this address

Important Information:

• Network Confirmations: Deposits require a certain number of block confirmations from the network before appearing in your account
• Minimum Amounts: Check the minimum deposit amount for each asset
• Correct Network: Always ensure you're using the correct network (e.g., TRC20, BEP20, ERC20)

If a deposit is missing from your Xtraderbank account, please check:

1. Verify the transaction on the blockchain explorer
2. Ensure you sent to the correct deposit address
3. Confirm the transaction has received enough network confirmations
4. Check if you used the correct network

If the issue persists after verifying these points, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Withdrawing assets from Xtraderbank is secure and straightforward.

Steps to Withdraw:

1. Go to your Withdraw page
2. Select the asset you wish to withdraw
3. Choose the correct network you intend to use
4. Enter the withdrawal address (double-check for accuracy!)
5. Specify the amount you wish to withdraw
6. Review the withdrawal fee
7. Confirm the withdrawal

Important Notes:

• Always double-check the withdrawal address - transactions cannot be reversed
• Ensure you have sufficient balance to cover withdrawal fees
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 minutes

If a withdrawal from your Xtraderbank account has not been received, follow these steps:

Withdrawal Stages:

1. Validating: The withdrawal request is under validation by the system
2. Processing: Once validated, the asset is processed for withdrawal
3. Sent: The withdrawal has been sent to the network and is awaiting confirmation
4. Confirmed: The withdrawal is successfully confirmed by the network

Check your withdrawal history on your Dashboard to see the current status. If the withdrawal is stuck for more than 10 minutes, please contact support.

• Hot Wallet Security: A small amount kept in hot wallets for fast withdrawals with robust security protocols
• Regular Backups: Comprehensive backups every 4 hours stored in multiple locations
• Server Security: No password authentication, strong firewalls, and isolated processes

If you've forgotten your Xtraderbank account password, you can reset it:

1. Go to the Login page
2. Click on "Forgot your password?" link
3. Enter the email associated with your account
4. Check your email for the password reset link
5. Follow the link and set a new password
